Finder Hiding Between Desktops

Has anyone else seen this error in Lion:

I have four spaces set up, I launch the finder, but the window does not appear. When I swipe to switch desktops however it does (see screenshot). The window is only active half way between desktops as well, bit of a pain...

I have the same problem on my MBP, however it all seems to work fine on my iMac - both run Lion.

Yeh it's weird, I've compared to another MBP install of Lion that's fine. Mine sorted itself for a while and has now reverted. I've seen a lot of posting about Spaces being unstable though - let's hope it's debugged asap.

Hey dude, did you ever find a resolution to this problem? I'm still getting it but short of a backup / clean install I'm not sure what other options there are...

finder hiding between desktops

I'm absolutely dumbfounded that Apple haven't fixed this bug!
I don't always get it but it still happens from time to time.
I wish I knew how to fix it, it's driving me crazy!

I see this one as well but can't figure out how to reproduce it. It just creeps up every now and then. That's probably why Apple hasn't fixed it yet. It's a tough one to track down.
