for no particular reason i can think of, Finder (of all things) sometimes starts eating up a ton of CPU (in Activity Monitor it goes over 100% someitmes, not sure what this means) heats my macbook air cpu to over 80deg celsius. then after a while it goes back down to normal. i can't think of anything that can be causing this, I didn't even have any finder windows open. anyone know what might be happening?
