When I select a file in my Finder, I want to be able to see the file size. I've googled and googled but found nothing. And please don't tell me to hit the spacebar. There must be some little app or script to enable this right ?

Thanks, but I knew about column view. But I prefer thumbnail view. Is there any way to view filesize easily like in my statusbar ?

You mean Icon View? If so, then no, you can't... not within OSX anyway. (unless that's a new feature of SL) There might be an add-on to do that out there somewhere. Have you searched for one and come up empty?
