Finder isn't remembering my icon sizes

For some reason, Finder keeps resetting my icon sizes and position in certain folders in my home directory (only movies, documents, desktop, pictures, and the home folder its self). This started happening a few weeks ago, but seems to have started to happen more and more in the past few days... Even if I set my preferences back in the folder it will reset after a while.

You could trash the Finder's plist file, then reset your windows and see if it will stick. You don' t mention your OS version, always a good idea, sometimes a necessity for more specific help...
