I turned on my MB this morning, only to notice that Finder was running at 25-45% CPU, and it was raising my CPU temp like crazy. I tried Force Quitting it twice, even restarted my system, and nothing helped...
I did a Google search and couldn't find anything..
Then, i just started moving some things around.. I had 1 folder and 3 pictures on my Desktop, and as SOON as I moved those OFF the desktop, the Activity Monitor showed Finder dropping at 0% !!! I tried to replicate it, and sure enough, those 3 pictures, when on the desktop, were causing Finder to go CRAZY!!
I tried putting different pictures on there, but it doesn't do it again. It was those 3 particular pictures. I downloaded them form my Yahoo account, from an email sent by my sister. She is running a Vista laptop, and the picture resolution was very high, like 3000x1700 something like that... I can't think of any other details..

Does anybody have a clue why this would happen? It was the oddest thing that has happened to me on my MB so far..
Thanks.
