Finder issues with Artwork

After applying artwork in iTunes, icon in finder remains blank.. However, this only happens in "Icon view" the moment i switch to another one, its ok. (Attached)

Any suggestions ?

I tried trashing finder.plist and cache folders. Could it be an account issue as its not all music.

On Apple discussions this was an issue back in ITunes 9, so seems today, this back again.
