Finder keeps restarting

Outside of Detroit.
My finder keeps restarting in a vicious cycle. It restarts and then comes back up for a second and then restarts again. I know I could probably log out or restart to fix this, but if I do that I will lose what I have created in the Cinema 4D demo (saving is disabled).
