Finder missing folder present in iCloud (web)

A friend shared a folder with me and I see the folder in my iCloud (web), my Iphone and my iPAD however it's missing from from MAC/Finder.

My MAC running: 10.13.6
My iPhone running: 13.4.1
My iPAD running: 13.5.1

My friend's MAC running: 10.15.5

I logged out of my iCloud account on my MAC and logged back in however that did not help. As you can see in the attached image - I have 20 items when logged in to iCloud on the web however I only have 19 items on my MAC. You can also see everything was synced just a while ago (June 21, ~8:30)

I really hope Apple is not doing this to force me to upgrade the OS. Any help appreciated.View attachment 925813View attachment 925813
