Finder Music sync to iPhone still slow af

There was a time when syncing my whole local music library to iPhone took about 7 hours. That was ok, it's a lot of songs.
When I got the iPhone 14 pro, syncing the same thing took about 24 hours...
Any time after that, syncing new stuff took very long, over 1 hour for 100 songs or so.
I'm scared getting a new iPhone in the future because calculting that 100 songs/ 1 hour would mean a complete sync would now take about 2 WEEKS! That's ridiculous. But somehow Apple is slowing down that finder sync and it seems it's getting worse with every mayjor OS update...
