Finder not work after i reinstall 10.9 from 10.10

i was installed 10.10, but when i reboot my system, it frozen at login screen.
so i reinstall 10.9, but i have this Finder not work problem.
(so stupid i did not have time machine backup. ):(

first i thought maybe Finder preference problem so i delete "com.apple.finder.plist" and "com.apple.sidebarlists.plist", and reboot system. but it not work for me. then i tried create a new user but still not working.

now i cannot use file dialog, like add file to xcode, chrome, safari... etc:mad:
any help?
