Finder quits and relaunch!!!

So, I got MacBook 13' inch and giving some troubles about finder.

1) There are two finder icons on dock. One original, another with typical appliction icon. And I can't remove second one from dock

2) Second issue is about search. When I type something, finder quits and ask for relaunch.

Any help?

This is an issue that is not the result of just normal use. I assume you installed some crazy third party crap that didn't quite work out.
