Finder regularly crashing

On multiple occasions, I've awoken my MBP to find that the Finder is not running. Curious if anyone else is experiencing this?

I just got some finder crashes and came here to check if anyone else was having the same problem.
 
Same problem, for the past few days, Finder has been repeatedly crashing. I have macOS 11.1 installed.

Any solutions?
 
Finder regularly not responding or crashing for me, too. Force quit Finder sometimes gets things working again, or a reboot.
