Finder Scroll Lag

Hi,

I'm not sure if I should have posted this in the Macbook Pro section but I just recently installed Mountain Lion and I am experiencing lag when I try to scroll in finder and sometimes the two finger scroll won't even work in the finder until multiple attempts. Please help it is very annoying and I want it fixed!

Anyone else experience this or have a resolution?

I have this issue constantly. Finder will scroll 50% or so down and freeze, then pick back up again.

I am running ML 10.8.1 with a 2011 15 MB pro.
