Finder Search Results in Mountain Lion: No Bread Crumb Trail?

My iMac still runs 10.6.8, and the MB Air has 10.8.

When I search for files on 10.6.8 and view the results as a list or coverflow the bottom of the window shows a trail of icons, indicating specifically where the selected file is.

But in 10.8 this seems to be gone - or turned off. Is there any way to turn this on?

Open Finder then click the view menu then show path bar.
