Finder searches: add/limit volume or hard drive

Is there a way to include or exclude a hard drive or volume from a single Finder search I have saved on the sidebar? I'm not talking about Spotlight preferences-Privacy, I want to include these in the index, I just may want to exclude them from one single search.

I see a colossal amount of search criteria that I will never use, but not this one thing I can really use.
