I have slightly annoying issue with Finder when using the Icon or Column views. When you are using "Sort By Kind" it will sort the files in reverse alphabetical order, that is XML files first and Alias' last. This issue doesn't happen with list view as you can click on the column headings to change the order.

In Icon View this can be fixed by using Clean Up By Kind, which sorts the file types in alphabetical order, but you have to do it manually on each folder.

Is there any other way to change the sorting order when choosing Sort By Kind? I've tried TotalFinder, but it is only able to put folders on top, and not change the order in which Finder sorts the files.
