Finder Sync API Extension

Hi.
After I updated Yosemite a week ago I get the window which ask me to 'Find Sync API Extension' with list of apps. And then the spinning wheel would appear for eternity.

Googled about it possibly related to google drive and Dropbox and that's I'm using. Managed to uninstall both but now the computer got stuck with spinning wheel after I log in.

Anyone have the same experience or solution? Never had any software issues with Mac before.

FYI I'm on Macbook Air 11
