Finder tags in windows?

Is there a way to use Finder tags in windows, via parallels/VMware or bootcamp, or network sharepoint from standalone windows machine?

I feel like there must be a plugin or piece of software that would allow this but a fair amount of googling hasn't yielded anything. Any advice appreciated.
