Finder thumbnail white balance different than Photoshop's for RAW file (.CRW)

The thumbnail that the finder shows of my Canon RAW picture file (.CRW) is a different white balance than what Photoshop shows. I've attached a screen shot to show what I mean. I actually think the Finder's white balance is correct, and I don't understand why Photoshop's is so off.
