Finder thumbnails not populating all my jpg's?

Have been having some issues with Finder not showing thumbnails of my images. Some show up some don't. Found a suggestion to regenerate finder preference plist, and that fixed the bulk of them, but still having some that do not have thumbnails (see screen cap). Aside from regenerating the plist again, is there something else I should be trying? am on the latest Catalina (10.15.7).
