Finder "Tips for your Mac" not working

I just got my new MBA 15" a couple days ago and I'm mostly happy with it. But one, small thing is bothering me. When MacOS install was complete I got a Tip notification. When I clicked on the banner I received an error and then a window opened saying "Can't get tips. Try again later." Well it's been a few days and nothing has changed here. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you can get to the window, by choosing Finder > Help > Tips for your Mac.

I'm new to Ventura so I don't know if this is a new feature that's broken or if there's something wrong with my MBA.

I have reinstalled Ventura with the default method here but it didn't resolve the issue: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904

Is anyone else getting this? Or is it working for you?

After today, I agree with you. A trip to the Apple Store showed that three different 15" MBA had the same issue. Interesting that the one 13" I tried did not. I have a ticket with Apple Support for this and have submitted screen captures and logs which will be forwarded to the engineering team. Hopefully this gets fixed in some future update!
