As a OSX newb having bought a MB this past weekend, there are so far two annoying things that are bothering me which I'd love to take care of if possible.

1. Say I'm in Firefox and I download something, whether it it's a disk image or a zip file. I click to download and then select Open. What happens is for whatever reason, the action works but the Finder window with the folder contents or even Disk Image/Installer windows remain in the background. I need to use Expose or command-tab to switch to it. Frustrating as hell. How do I fix this?

2. When I've downloaded and installed an app from the internet and try launching it, it warns me that it's an internet downloaded app, blah blah. Anyway to turn this off? It's irritating, I know what I've downloaded because...guess what, I downloaded it!

Thanks.
