Finder won't move files to Trash??!!

Hey,

So i am trying deleting these files (from 'All My Files'):

And it just won't budge into the trash. No matter how much i drag it into Trash and when i secondary click, there's no delete option!

This is what happens when i try to move it into trash:

The files may be from an Application called 'Audacity' but i don't remember. I deleted Audacity and all recent downloaded apps (using App Cleaner) then went into terminal and did 'sudo rm -R' for the the files. These files won't go away and it happened a few hours ago.

Someone please help, i don't know what to do.

I can't contact Apple Support, as my warranty is up and i'm 100% confused

Restart your computer, those files probably aren't even there.
