My mum seems to be having some issues with her computer. Don't ask me how she has managed to do this, but basically the finders application window has frozen on the desktop. It doesn't matter how many times I press "x" another one just appears. I've tried rebooting the computer, but as soon as everything is up and running again it reappears.
Does anyone have a clue what she might have done? Or how to possibly fix it? I was thinking about maybe doing a OS update from Snow leopard to Lion hoping that will do the trick.
