Does anyone know where to look for a new 15" MBP 2.53ghz C2D/250gb/9400 from the end of 2009? It was the base model at the time. I was hoping to find a new one somewhere. None in the refurb store.

You will be really lucky if you can. Maybe ebay, email a few places like macmall, a few places that sell macs on Amazon, and OWC.

The Apple refurb store might still have them pop up. The last time they had a 15" 2.53GHz Core 2 Duo was 7 days ago.

I'm just curious. Is there a reason you need to have that particular model, MC118LL/A?
