Finding a USB-C Monitor for a MBPro

Hello -

I'm looking to get a 27ish inch Monitor to use with -

2017 Macbook pro
2012 Mac Mini
and still have an HDMI port so I can dock a Nintendo Switch and play

is there a monitor that could handle all 3 connectionS? And how easy is it to switch between them?
