Finding an app

All I want to do is find an app, Pages, for an iMac desktop. All I can find are brand new iMac computers. The Apple App Store is like walking into a deserted Disneyland.

Ah! That's what I did. I guess I thought the App store wd be in the Apple Store where everything in God's name is.
