I don't often have to go looking for my Apple purchase history, but when I do I spend half an hour on the Internet looking for directions. I usually start by signing into my iCloud account. Nope, not there. Then into my Apple ID. Nope, not there either. Then Google and prowl through a number of pages.

Here's the routine:

Open iTunes
In the menu bar at the top of the computer, select Account /Sign In. (Don't waste time looking for an Account Sign-in link in the iTunes window).
Sign in to your account. Be prepared for two-factor if you are using that.
In the menu bar at the top of the computer, select Account / View My Account.
Scroll down to Purchase History.
Select See All.

Unclear to me why I can't get to all my Apple stuff through a single sign-in. But, there it is. Now, on to our weekend.
