Finding duplicates videos in iPhone library

hello
I have a problem with some duplicated files and I hope someone can help me figure it out.
1. My photos library on my make is about 56 Gb but when I go to my iCloud account the photos is about 200 Gb , I’ve used lots of tools to find duplicate photos and found some and deleted them but I have still a lot of videos that are duplicate.
2. Just to know my iCloud photos is about 200gb and 150 Gb of it is videos .
3. I really want to find a way to find all the duplicates videos in my photos liberty and delete them.

How can I do it?
