Finding out MacBook Specs in OS X?

Hey guys, my girlfriend wants to sell her MacBook but I don't know how to find the specs for it in the OS.. I remember in windows there was a way to see the CPU speed, RAM, HDD capacity, etc.

Is there a place in OS X that I can find this information?
