Finding photos in "Camera Roll" and "Photo Library" on Comp.?

I (for some reason) have two folders for my photos. One is titled "Camera Roll" and the other is "Photo Library".

Whenever I plug my iPhone into my Windows Vista running computer, I get the option to open ONE file, which stores all of my "Camera Roll" photos.

How do I get the photos from the "Photo Library" to show up like the other folder does?
