Finding the early 2011 13 MBP with 8GB of ram slooooow...

As per subject line, I'm finding the early 2011 13 MBP with 8GB of ram slow.

I recently added ram but it did not help much.

My sole basis is Vmware compared to the 2011 15 quad core's. I know that it not a fair comparison but I might end up returning my 13".

I just find everything in Vmware too slow to include loading of files, applications, start up, waking up from sleep, etc.

Your insights would be appreciated.

To add to my above post, I even configured Vmware to use 4GB of Ram.

On the other hand, while running Windows 7 on boot camp, speed is acceptable.

Are you using after market ram?
