I do not have a screen protector but I just ordered one because of this. Never had this problem before. I keep it in my pocket but never with anything else. No keys, no change, nothing. Anyway, the few fine scratches are only visible with the screen off and when looking at a certain angle but I still find it disappointing as my S4 and S3 never suffered any scratches over ownership. Anyone else noticing the screen seems quite sensitive and easy to scratch? Is it actually Gorilla Glass they are using?

I would have to agree that it is most likely due to the oleophobic coating that Apple is using. This is why I put a Body Guardz Glass screen protector on my 6 and 6 Plus as soon as I took them out of the box.
