This may very we'll be a stupid question but as part of the sgp incredible shield screen, back and side protector skin there is a home button protector which is a thin skin like material similar to zagg but thinner, would this prevent the fingerprint scanner from working properly?

Thank you

I have a SPG screen protector shown below without the home button protector, but I would think it would interfere with the sensor but what do I know. Does it say its for the iPhone 5S and not just the iPhone 5? The ones I have seen do say iPhone 5 and not the 5S. I would not chance it or if it comes off, than you can do that if it does not work.

It was meant for the iphone 5 but it won't hurt the fingerprint from working, it may make it slightly difficult to read though. You really don't need it as the 5s home button is sapphire crystal and does not scratch as easily as the plastic home button found on the 5&5c.

Thank you for the replies.

Much appreciated
