It would be nice if apple can add the "take a photo fo a thief" to find my iphone. This is something hat I would like to have.

Nearest option is set your iCloud so that photo stream is on, or another auto photo upload app.
This will upload any recently taken photos.
There have been quite a few news items where ne'er-do-wells photographed themselves or their own homes/mates and the iThing owner was able to get their property back as a result.

Also: Thieves can be prevented from disabling Find My iPhone if you place a Restriction on it in Settings. Just remember your PIN!
