The subject says it all, really - Mozilla will no longer update the aging 3.6.x Firefox version with any more security fixes as of April 24, 2012. This means that users stuck with Tiger or earlier will no longer be able to run a supported version of Firefox. Sure, this sucks for those users... but it was inevitable. Perhaps the more interesting Firefox news comes with Firefox 13, scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. That release drops support for Windows 2000 and pre-SP2 Windows XP - versions of Windows Microsoft itself no longer supports.

How is that more interesting?

I find it interesting that Mozilla has supported those versions for so long.
