Firefox 2.0 + Mac Mail

I use .mac for my mail and firefox 2.0. When .mac was upgraded things were ok, so they seemed. It seems now that I cannot send e-mail through .mac using firefox. When I click on the send button it just sits there doing nothing. I tried it in IE 6x and Safari and all is well.
Is anyone experiencing this issue, if so, is there a fix, and if not then are there any suggestions on what i should do?

It seems .Mac webmail and Firefox is not the best of friend at the moment, this support article appeared a couple of days ago...
