For those of you that are as stupid as me the way to right click in firefox 2.0 (without mouse) is likely the same way that one could have gone about doing this before 2.0.

ctrl + "click"

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, it's the right way to right click in all applications everywhere in MacOS X. :)
 
If you're trying to replace the click-and-hold to get the contextual menus, that's also the solution.
