I'm on FireFox 3.5.2 and on certain sites, it shows a "can't find server" message and can access the site after a long delay and clicking "try again". I can't find a solution in FF Help or in Mozilla forum. It is not happening on Windows XP. Does anyone have a solution?

well try on Safari and lets see, although it must be internet problem maybe your router is not so compatible with airport

which OS X do you run? i.e 10.5.x ?

make sure everything is up to date

i had this same problem, i think i have it fixed...

i think my problem was caused by my router not giving the computer a good DNS address. i put a couple more in as backups from opendns.com.
nameservers are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
just go to system preferences>network>advanced>DNS, click the little plus at the bottom, and add each of those nameserver IP's. Everything seems to be working fine now.
