I've got FireFox 3 installed on my brand new iMac. For some reason when I make changes or edits to my bookmarks, they don't seem to save.

So for instance, I could go into my bookmarks, and delete a few of them. I close the browser, open it back up and they're back. What gives?

I don't seem to see any options after deleting them. I just close the bookmarks window, but that doesn't seem to be working for some reason.

Did you have FF2.0 Prior?

If so, remove FF3.0 and Use 2.0 to remove all bookmarks, history, cookies, everything.

Then use FF3.0, you should have functionality back.

Just save your bookmarks somewhere else for now.

Thanks for the helpful reply. I actually figured it out earlier though. It had to do with the fact that I just transferred all my data from my old iBook to my new iMac. Somewhere in there is changed users and wouldn't allow me to make changes to Firefox bookmarks. Now I've fixed that problem though. :)
