Firefox 4 beta9 problem

when i try to open multiple profiles give me this error :
one firefox is already open , something like that ... !
i did everything right. i can open multiple FF3.6 profiles and windows but FF4 won't allow open more than 1 window !

this is my script runner :
/Applications/4beta/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -P ohoh -no-remote &> /dev/null &
