Firefox 4: If an add-on is removed/uninstalled, any vulnerabilities left behind?

Just curious, In Firefox 4: If you install an add-on just to test it, but end up not liking it, and get rid of it by removing/uninstalling it, are there any security vulnerabilities left behind? or is the uninstalling completely safe? Thoughts?
