Evening,
In safari when selecting a text field like for example the google search box or the address bar to clear the text in there you can put the cur-sour on the right most letter then press command + delete (backspace) and it will clear all text to the left of the cursor.
In Firefox if you try that it just sits there blinking at you like a lost puppy. This function works in every app except for firefox and is annoying me. The reasoning behind using firefox is because i have it installed on a usb key and it makes it easier to sync between my work PC and mac.
