Very interesting - just installed and tried it out. It's good if you like Firefox as a "one-stop shop", I suppose. I think this tool will be very helpful for my workflow - saves me a step when I have to go and make a last-minute tweak to an image before posting it somewhere.

That said, I didn't think it was possible to make an addon compatible with Firefox 1.0 through 3.0... yet this one claims such universal compatibility. I wonder how the makers did that.
 
there are many "on the top" addons that only call basic browser functions (which Mozilla offers alot APIs for them), and they don't need much changes to be compatible with latest version of firefox.

Of course, I suspect there are some 1.x compatible addons which are probably not 1.x compatible anymore.. since there isn't many 1.x firefox users anymore...
