Down by the bay.
For some odd reason, Firefox won't let me use the standard view while in Gmail. This is happening to all 15 accounts.

I remember it working before. Now I have to use Safari just to check my mail in Gmail (I normally use Mai.app).

So, what gives? It isn't my extensions, at least I don't think it is. I've had the same one installed since I had my Mac. Suggestions?

First off: WHy in the bloody do you need 15 G-mail accounts?
Second Off: Works perfectly fine, but i am running firefox 2. Are you by any chance running firefox 3?

Different accounts for different types of web sites.
Negative. I'm running 2.0.0.11.

As for the guy above this post, no I have not but I doubt that'd be the problem.

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to create a new profile in Firefox?

for some reason my gmail wont change to standard view in firefox anymore.
it says
You are currently viewing Google Mail in basic HTML. Switch to standard view

ive never had this problem before.
tried restarting FF, clearing history and cookies etc

it shows up as standard view in safari

Delete all of of Firefox's private data...

Do you even know what that would do? It would delete all my bookmarks, my extensions. Just... ah.

No offense, but leave it to the pros please. Thanks.

All clearing the private data does is delete your passwords, history, cache, download history.. not your bookmarks or extensions.

He was just trying to help. Most people here that are helping you aren't "pros". If you want "pros", go to your local computer repair shop.

No, originally he said delete the profile. Thats why I said what I said.

Local computer repair shop people don't know squat.

I fixed it anyways. I used an old Firefox profile and everything is back to normal. No idea what happened originally.

But, if anyone has a link on how to create new Firefox profile, that'd be GREAT.
