Firefox balloon help

It's like someone turned on the balloon help in Firefox. Seriously getting annoying. Anyone know how to turn off? See screen shot because when those little things pop up I can't drag and drop a bookmark.

Adblock, Dom Inspector, Fasterfox (which is disabled), and talkback.

you can goto about:config and disable tooltips display by setting value of "browser.chrome.toolbar_tips" to false
