FireFox Bookmarks Help!!!!!

I recently had to erase my HDD, and I was wondering how to import my firefox bookmarks from my external HDD. I have my HDD backed up onto a external hard-drive. I needed help finding the bookmark Files and import them into FireFox.

How did you backup?

Normally Firefox bookmarks are located either at
Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Library / Application Support / Mozilla / Firefox / Profiles / ... / Bookmark.html
or
Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Library / Mozilla / Firefox / Profiles / ... / Bookmark.html.

OS X location: ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/[Random letters].default/
