Firefox - Clearing all history

When I clear all the history in Firefox it doesn't remove urls. For example i'll type in 'net' in the firefox url bar and it will put the rest in 'netflix.com' I have cleared all history but for some reason it still wants to auto-complete urls I have entered before. Anyone know how to clear this?

Did you make sure when you clicked Tools < Clear Recent History < Details < Check off everything < clear now
