My Firefox no longer opens up on top when I run it, rather opening underneath other applications. I've searched within preferences but I can't seem to figure it out. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Any ideas?

I assume you have upgraded to Snow Leopard? I haven't upgraded myself yet but have heard several people reporting that this is a common and known issue with several applications, including Firefox. I don't know if there is a way to fix it yet, or if it is just a case of waiting for an update, either of the application, or the operating system. You are not alone though!

Thank you! I feel better knowing that it's not just me! It was driving me mad!
