I'm not sure if I'm imagining this or not. But my feeble memory tells me that I used to be able to drag and drop a url from FF to Mail. But it doesn't work anymore and now I can't remember if it was always like that or not.

That's strange. Have you recently installed any Firefox extensions (or Greasemonkey user scripts, if you use Greasemonkey)? Those may be affecting how Firefox handles drag and drop.I'm not sure if I'm imagining this or not. But my feeble memory tells me that I used to be able to drag and drop a url from FF to Mail. Drag Tab
I seem to remember that as well. Now i just drag the tab to Apple Mail and it works fine. Hope this helps.
